Hello! Welcome to Eco-fun. My mission is to show you, the interested individual, that environmental clean up can be fun. Go for a run, bike, swim, climb, walk, ski, hike, whatever! Small steps eventually lead to a great distance.
"eco-running"
Once upon a beautiful spring day in 2007, Sam Huber went for a run in his local park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He couldnt help but notice the gorgeous area around him was tarnished with an over abundance of trash and litter. Like many of us who love the environment, Sam got fed up with the current conditions and decided to take environmental clean up into his own hands. He grabbed a near by trash bag and proceeded to collect any trash he saw along the way. He later coined the term "Eco-Running" to embody this simple, helpful, and fun philosophy.
Eco-running doesn't just have to be running. You can go Eco-Hiking, Eco-swimming, Eco-biking, Eco-surfing, Eco-climbing, Eco-camping, Eco-Walking or anything else you can possibly do outdoors, as long you take the trash you find along the way to its rightful place: The Trash Can!! :O
